How do I prepare for a cleaning visit?It’s really up to you. The more clutter free the home the easier it will be to clean. That saves us time, and you money. If you need us to pick up and organize, we will gladly do, it will just increase the time needed to clean your home, and thus your pricing will reflect that. No matter what though, we have seen it all. If you think your home is too dirty for us to come and clean, you may need us the most. And we would be glad to help.

Who is Halo Help?Halo Help is a home service and cleaning company dedicated to helping busy moms and families across Mississauga and surrounding areas. Founded by a Mississauga mom of 3, our professional mom cleaners are trained and ready to help you with all your home cleaning needs. Our services include laundry folding, cleaning, home organization for working moms, stay at home moms, soon-to-be and new moms.

Do I need to be home when you clean?No, however for our first visit it's a good idea to be home so you could do a walk through to show us what areas you'd like cleaned. Depending upon your comfort, you can choose to be home during an appointment, come and go, or not be home at all! Our Halo mom cleaners are prepared for all scenarios and are comfortable working with or without clients in their homes during appointments. We will also work with you before your appointment to find the best entry options for your home and comfort level.

What cleaning supplies do you use? Do I need to provide anything?As a cleaning company dedicated to serving families, we only use enviromentally friendly products that are safe for your home, familty and pets. We bring our own cleaning supplies, all purpose cleaners, sanitized clothes polishes and stain removers. however you are more than welcome to provide your own supplies if preferred.

Are you pet friendly?Yes we are! But we do ask if you're pet is not used to strangers that you let us know in advance.

How do I cancel my appointmentIf you need to cancel, we totally understand - things happen! Feel free to text, call or email us. As long as you give us 2 full business days notice, there is never a cancellation charge. If you provide less than 2 full business days notice, the cancellation fee is 50% of your appointment. If you cancel the day of your appointment, the cancellation fee is 100% of your appointment.

How do I pay for my appointment?Once your appointment date has been confirmed you will be sent a secured payment link where you can choose to pay with a credit/debit. Should you wish to pay with different means, we do accept email e-transfers if received two business days prior to your scheduled appointment.
